n8n Automation Consultant

n8n automation, built like production software

I design and build n8n workflows that connect the tools your team already lives in (Monday.com, GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Google Workspace, and your own APIs) so data moves on its own and nobody copies anything between tabs. Every workflow ships with error handling, retries, and alerts, because an automation that fails silently is worse than none.

Who this is for

  • Agencies and service businesses running client work across several SaaS tools
  • Operations teams whose Zapier or Make bill grew faster than their usage
  • Teams that already started in n8n and need someone to make it reliable
  • Founders who want AI steps (summaries, classification, drafting) inside existing processes

Problems I solve

  • People re-typing the same data into two or three systems every day
  • Boards, CRMs, and spreadsheets that drift out of sync and need manual reconciliation
  • Workflows that break quietly, so you find out from a customer, not an alert
  • A tangle of one-off automations nobody fully understands or documents

What you get

What I build

Workflow design

A mapped process with triggers, data model, edge cases, and failure paths agreed before anything is built.

Integrations and webhooks

REST and GraphQL integrations, webhook-driven updates, and bi-directional syncs with configurable field and status mappings.

AI steps where they pay off

OpenAI or Claude nodes for summarizing, extracting, classifying, and drafting, with structured outputs your workflow can trust.

Monitoring and alerting

Error workflows that notify Slack, Discord, or email the moment something fails, plus scheduled health syncs.

Hosting setup

n8n Cloud or a self-hosted instance in your own infrastructure with Docker, so your data stays where you want it.

Zapier and Make migrations

Move existing zaps and scenarios to n8n when per-task pricing or limits start to hurt, rebuilt properly rather than copied.

Handover

Documentation, workflow JSON kept in version control, and a walkthrough so your team knows what runs, when, and how to change it.

How it works

From first call to running system

  1. 01

    Free 30-min audit

You walk me through the manual process. I tell you honestly whether automation makes sense and roughly what it involves.

  2. 02

    Fixed-scope proposal

If it is a fit, you get a written scope, timeline, and price before any work starts. No obligation.

  3. 03

    Build and test

I build with error handling, retries, and alerting from day one, and test against your real data and edge cases.

  4. 04

    Handover and support

You get documentation and a walkthrough, plus optional maintenance for when sites, APIs, or credentials change.

Questions about n8n Workflow Automation

Should we use n8n, Make, or Zapier?

Zapier is the quickest for simple, low-volume, linear zaps. Make is a good visual middle ground. n8n wins when workflows get complex, need custom code, run at volume, or must be self-hosted for data control, because it does not charge per step the way the others do. I will tell you honestly which fits during the audit call, including when the answer is not n8n.

Can you take over or fix workflows someone else built?

Yes. I start by reviewing what exists, documenting what each workflow actually does, and flagging what is fragile. Then we decide together whether to repair, refactor, or rebuild the parts that keep breaking.

Do you work with n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n?

Both. n8n Cloud is the least maintenance. Self-hosting with Docker on your own server or cloud account gives you full data control and predictable cost. I can set up either and explain the trade-offs for your situation.

What happens when a workflow fails?

Every workflow I ship has an error path: retries where it is safe, and an immediate alert to Slack, Discord, or email with enough context to act. Failures surface in minutes instead of being discovered weeks later.
